Thank you for purchasing this warranty alongside your product. The limited warranty applies to the physical smartphone(s) purchased directly from HRtech.In the event of a successful claim with HRtech we will pay for your return postage if you are a UK based buyer within 60 days of purchase.

This warranty covers against defects in non-consumable hardware (e.g. camera’s and charging ports), excluding chipsets (IC issues not included after 2 months), when used in accordance with Apple’s user manuals, technical specifications and other Apple product published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase by the end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”).Specifically, any non-accidental issues found with: (1) the LCD screen/glass on the front side of the device; (2) any loudspeakers within the device; (3) any network issues that arise from defective hardware (not including the end-user’s SIM card); are all covered for up to 60 days after the original purchase date.

Any non-accidental issues found with: (1) any consumable parts such as batteries; (2) condition of the device which does not match that of the grade described at time of purchase; are covered for up to 60 days after the original purchase date.

During the varying Warranty Period, HRtech will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of the product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

If a claim is made outside the varying Warranty Period, a further additional charge will apply to any repairs or replacements HRtech provides to the end-user at cost price.
